The Sound of Music

Its so unoriginal to go as a nun. Ive always said if I went Id dress up as Liesl in Sixteen Going On Seventeen. I love that pink dress she wears.

The Baroness was great, she's like a pantomime baddie. I know that they boo and hiss her at the singalongs.
 
Poor baroness... she's the one that tells Georg that Maria is interested in him! Hardly a pantomime villain - I would have thought the Nazis were the baddies, but you can tell I've never been to a Sound of Music singalong!! :confused: :D
 
I know the Baroness bows out gracefully in the end, but thats only because her attempts to to seduce the Captain failed because he is in love with Maria, and despite her driving Maria away she still comes back. She realised she couldn't stand in the way of true love. Plus the fact Maria has grown to love the children, and we all know the children wern't part of the Baroness 's plan. She wanted to send them to boarding school!

What a bitch!
 
How about the runner up at the talent contest? That woman who keeps taking a bow and won't get of the stage.

You could go as her.

You could put your hair in plaits on the top of your head and just keep bowing! Now, bonus points to the first person who can remember what she is called - I've only just seen the film and I can't remember! :)
 
Oh God did she even have a name?? I can't remember, I suppose she must have I'll have to watch it again to find out :D .

How about a going in a white dress with a blue satin sash?
 
Well, it's my all time favourite film-seen it God knows how many times, including 3 times in one day once- weird, huh? I LOVE the karaoke version as well-been 3 years in a row (unfortunately my local theatre aren't having it this year!) and it is SUCH great fun!!!!
