The Sony Ericsson Satio or the Samusung Pixon 12? Which is best?

hi all, I am getting a new phone and I am stuck between the Sony Ericsson Satio or the samusung pixon 12. Can you please give me so advice on which is the best one to get. Also if you have these phones can you please tell me the negatives about them. thanks all xxx
