The so-called minors council in my family law case won't share court ordered drug

test results with us, legal? I was temp awarded custody of our toddler in 2/08. His mother has a 20yr+ hard drug use history and is ordered to randomly drug test which is not being shared with us by the minors council in our case. The minors council had also recommended to the court half time back to the mother at the year point. Am I entitled to see the test results?
