The smell of coolent in the a/c vents 2004 dodge Neon 2.0 SOHC?

I smell Coolent in the a/c vent when i turn the air or the heater on. There is no steam on the inside when i turn the car off nor is the floor board wet and the coolent leval never changes. Please help

You may have started to get a small seepage inside the heater core, not enough to notice puddles or moisture on the windshield but enough of a leak to be able to smell it. It will get worse over time
