I love the books and I was HORRIBLY disappointed in the movie. Honestly, I think it's the worst movie I've ever seen in my whole life. :(
 
Oh man, I hated the ending of the 4th book. Seemed too contrived to me (this coming from someone who didn't mind the first book's ending). I just felt they could have gone some other way about it. I was left completely unsatisfied by the end of the book, though, I really did enjoy the book as a whole (well, minus the end) overall.
 
OMG YAY we are getting the sequels!!!

Although it is rather confusing..SOTP 2 might be SOTP 4? With all the other books getting blended together coming out afterwards..?? :lol:

Is Brian getting recast? I did like the actor who played him though :(
 
[sp]I was really bummed about that too, since she was the only one without a boy in the movie, but one of her scenes with Blythe was just amazing.[/sp]
 
I saw a photo of the upcoming movie in Cosmogirl magazine, in which Blake Lively is featured.
 
I saw the movie, and though I did enjoy it I can't get over
[sp]the fact that they didn't have Eric in the movie! I love Bee/Eric and that happened to be my favorite part of the 3rd book/4th book for me[/sp]

I'm not sure if we have to use spoiler tags or not..so that's just in case. :)
 
The movie was good. I like the first one a little better though. My favorite was Tibby. She is such a smart-ass at times and she makes me laugh. Brian is so cute. She's lucky she has someone like that in her life. Carmen was so awesome in the play. America is one of my favorite actresses.
 
i really loved this movie. each character having their own complex story.

wow... i didnt know there would be a number 2. cant wait.

also loved all the girls... they were picked rather well for the characters...
 
Seeing this thread reminded me of those new Voicemail clips that abc.com is doing. The one that mentions this movie is actually my favorite one. I used to have a device similar to the one this guy uses.

I might see this today? Duno yet but i might so i hope i will like this one because i loved the first one. I hope to get my money's worth because i don't want to be disappointed.
