I have individual houses as the apartments, and they are all built on foundations. I have the apartment door and a back door leading out onto decking, then steps down onto the terrain and fencing all around, completely enclosed. But it still isn't working - is it because of the foundations? Is there a way to get around this if so? Thanks!
