The Simpsons - who watched all of them

Okay, this has been in my mind now.

As I type this there have been 428 episodes of The Simpsons aired. Not counting the movie and the Tracy Ullman shorts. A very large body of animation for an American show.

Soooo, my question is, are there anyone in this board who have seen every single episode of the Simpsons at least once?

If this thread existed three years ago (and if I was on TZ then), I would considered myself someone who watched every Simpsons episode. But alas, the fading quality of the show and other priorities have turned me off in recent years.

Wow. I don't think I've seen every episode of anything, with the possible exception of The Brothers Flub ? but I'd need an episode list to make sure, and somehow I don't see one appearing anytime soon. Even with Chowder, by far my favorite cartoon of the past 10 years, I keep forgetting when it's on and have therefore missed a couple episodes.

In short, being dedicated enough to watch 428 episodes of any series is amazing. And yet, I still wouldn't be surprised if someone has, given how very, very ingrained the show is in our society.

Yeah, I've seen them all (in order), even the Ullman shorts (almost in order), the Movie, and almost all the commericals--domestic and forign. About the only Simpsons animation I haven't seen was the horrible CGI scenes in the newest Simpsons Game, but I've seen the cut scenes on You Tube.

Well,I haven't seen all the Tracey Ullman shorts (I started watching the series with the first Christmas episode,"Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire"),and I haven't seen most of the episodes from the last two or three seasons (it's not that I don't like the series anymore,it's just I'm either not home when it's on and don't feel like taping it, or I'm busy with something else)...

Yep. Everything. Shorts, episodes, movie, even theme park ride. Of course, a majority of the episodes has been gained through a semi-religious viewing schedule and three years of syndication a very long time ago...

I'm a big Simpsons fan, but I haven't actually seen that many episodes. I need to work through the seasons I have on DVD and then get what I'm missing.

I have every episode from the series, the movie and not that many of the Tracy Ullman shorts (the ones I have seen are from the series).

I voluntarily skipped the latest two new Simpsons episodes this season, and didn't bother to finish another after the first act. Other than that, I've seen all the episodes of the show (including the movie, of course).

The Tracey Ullman Show, that's a different story. There were actually quite a few of those, and I wasn't the biggest fan of her show to sit through every episode just to see if a Simpsons short would air.

And if games count, there are plenty of cinemas I haven't watched as well, seeing as how I haven't played through Hit and Run, Road Rage, and the newest game.

I've seen all of the episodes that matter, the episodes from the 90's. It's been almost 10 years now since this show went downhill. During the 90's, the Simpsons put together about a 10 year run that can not be equaled by any other animated show in history. But once we got to about the year 2000, the show had begun to go downhill. And unfortunately, the creators, and Fox refused to let the show die with dignity.

Well at the risk of the high class people that stopped watching when it
" got bad"

i have seen every episode at least twice don't think i missed a episode within a week of it airing

i have watched each season and each season has stinkers heck on of my least favorite seasons in hindsight is Season 1 maybe i should have stopped watching then LOL

here is to 428 more episodes

Oh I'll catch it once in a while but I never understood why. The show stopped being good to me around Season 14 or 15. I can never remember. I DO know I'll be stopping my DVD collecting around those seasons.

I've seen all of them. I mean, I've watched an episode every weeknight at 7:30 for nearly a decade now, along with a new episode every Sunday for about as long. I've never seen the shorts or, well, anything other than the episodes and the movie, but, still.

I mean, at six episodes a week, you'll see roughly 300 episodes a year anyways. It's not that much of a challenge as long as you have nothing better to do at the time it's on.

I remember I used to always watch the reruns while I was in high school, and the early years of college. But then the combination of the show going downhill, as well as having to eventually start working full time made my Simpsons time go way downhill. But I tell you what, the number of Family Guy episodes I see on average per week is about what my Simpsons average was about 10 years ago.

You missed a great one. The one where Lisa tried to save the bees was probably the best episode of this year.

Anyway, I have seen every episode of The Simpsons. I've never seen any of the Tracy Ullman shorts though. Well, other than the ones that have been shown on the series, anyway.

my husband is a huge simpsons fan.. so we have all the season sets, and the movie's bluray, and the ps3 game, and the remainder of the episodes on our Terabyte media drive to watch regularly.

so i've seen every episode quite a few times...
