Broadcast Order: Season 21, Episode 16
Production Order: Season 21, Episode 10

Writers: Marc Wilmore
Director: Michael Policino

A new episode airs tonight at 8 PM Eastern. Here is the synopsis:

No, they haven't done this, although they've done similar concepts. The only thing this episode recycles is the title, which they've used before.

Regardless of the quality of an episode, the first act usually gets big laughs from me. This is one of those times. I mentioned in the past that South Park does a better [great] job then The Simpsons when it comes to religion and it's still true. Nevertheless, this episode still had some good laughs like Flanders' "In case of Male Nudity" case and "Chosen People Movers".

Rest of the episode was decent just like most of the foreign country trip episodes. I get the feeling people are going to be offended just like the Brazil episode and hate the episode. If that's the case, hopefully people eventually realize they aren't going for 100% accuracy and change their tune.

As someone who use to take classes, I smiled when they mentioned Krav Maga. Part of me didn't expect them to mention it; then again, they did an episode on MMA.

Summary: B-

Was I the only one who saw Andrea Romano listed in the credits? The credits went fast but it looked like she was listed after the guest voices.

This episode was really a waste of time. I laughed at a few of the aforementioned jokes, but other than that, I spent most of the episode staring at the screen stone-faced. Plus, Sascha Baron Cohen's character was surprisingly unfunny.

Shame that I missed Amazing Race for this.

At least Flanders seems to be somewhat of a nice guy again.

......That's all I have to say. This was so bad I had to turn it off. It hasn't finished airing in the Pacific Time Zone, but crud, this will go down in history for its badness.

I have to say that this was a pretty bad episode. That Cohen guy was a PAIN! And I am not religious, but I'm getting real sick of the Christian-bashing I see on every so-called adult cartoon these days. It's gotten very old and it's not even that daring, because it's been done to death. Plus, it's really kind of awful that Homer's turning into the Spongebob to Flander's Squidward. If that kind of thing is taken any farther I'm off this show for good.

I want to type out "IT'S ALL OVER, WE DON'T HAVE A PRAYER", but I'm going to reserve that until they announce the end of the series, which should come soon.

The Israeli Tour Guide is voiced by the same guy who played Borat, so it was bound to happen.

Flanders is religious and this episode is leaning heavy on the Jewish? I even noticed a "Fiddler on the Roof" parody briefly.

The opening had the Simpsons acting like dogs carried by security guards.

From the wall of prayers: "You will soon have a heart attack? WHY YOU LITTLE..."

Sure wish the Simpsons took a quote from the recent Family Guy episode aired on the same day: "JEWS ARE NOT ITALIANS".
