The Simpsons Episodes That Make You Cry

No, they haven't done that - it's just when I see his name in the credits, that's how I picture the credit..."The Late Phil Hartman" Sorry for the confusion ;)

Make me cry....either...Homer and Marge moments or Homer and Lisa/Bart moments when they admit they love each other..and stuff, and that's just goshdarn cute! And so goshdarn adorable.

Oh in my mind, even a bad Simpsons episode is better than at least 95 % of other shows out there. And this season they have had some really good ones.

I've watched the show since the beginning (can even remeraber seeing the shorts on Tracy Ullman). I'm in with baby to the bitter end.....which I hope won't be for a long time.

Yeah, and it's scary but I'd almost forgotten about it. But I hear the voice, and I'm reminded of it all over again. :sigh:

When did they start using "The late Phil Hartman"? I don't think I've seen that.

I don't get as sad watching/hearing a character he voices. I do when I see his name in the credits, like I picture the credit as "The Late Phil Hartman".

Nah, it's got to end with Homer showing how great dad he is. You know....by strangling Bart. :P

Although to be honest I'm wondering if it will ever end.

I'm not sure I've ever literally cried while watching the Simpsons, but there have been some sad moments for sure, like the above mentioned scene from the movie. I think the episodes that get me the most are the ones where Marge and Homer are fighting.

I do hope the series does NOT end with her kicking him to the curb like Conan suggested in that 20th anniversary special.
