So far, this is WAY better than last week. First act was great with the food poisoning and the scenes with Krusty. I hope it continues.

"Hands off the Homie"

How so? I didn't see anything wrong with it. It was fun to watch.

I'm liking the episode so far, Wiggum and Lou's dialogue especially.

Agreed. I don't think Mr. Wednesday got the injoke with Sideshow Bob's appearance, although it would have been funnier if he'd spoke.

It started to go south when they started banning everyone, but it was by no means a bad episode.

Summary: B

Can't wait for the next season.

Was actually quite a fun episode. Everyone was in-character and nothing bad happened.

Oh boy, way to talk about current events.

i enjoyed it. i think this season has been a bit better than the last few. not better than the early episodes, but i think the show is improving a bit. :)

God, I loved that beginning. The Honeymooners, The Dick Van Dyke Show, The Brady Bunch, Cheers...too bad the original theme music for each show wasn't used. It'd have been even more fun.

Actually, the whole episode was great. Helped restore my faith after the truly bizarre ep last week. And although there was kind of a message, it wasn't heavy-handed, and you got the feeling that the ep was based on a funny idea, not a political message. So it was fully enjoyable. 10/10.

And that's the end of that season.

Not a bad episode, the first two acts were probably the best but then it kind of lost its momentum. Still, it was a lot better than last weeks. I wonder if Homer had to get Lisa a new saxophone after the tainted burgers incident, that would have been an interesting senario.

This was a pretty 'meh' episode to end the season. Especially when compared to some of the episodes that aired earlier this season. Thankfully, it didn't become too preachy.

The highlight of this episode for me was when Homer got fired from his job again.
