The Shooter...Whats up with Danny Glover?

Has anyone seen the film Shooter starring Mark Wahlberg?
Where as its not the greatest film in the world, something that has me wonder is this.
Danny Glovers voice.
Has he had a partial stroke or something as he sounRAB as though he has.
Through my nursing career I have treated many stroke victims and, to be honest, seems a possiblity......
done a google and what have you but nothing.
 
Seen the film and also done a 'google' and it seems reading between the line's that he has suffered some kind of stroke..as he been fund raising and campaining for stroke/alzimer victims............................................
