I don't like the way they have to say, "I'm actually a millionaire." Why can't they just say, "I've been working under cover and I'm looking for people to give some well deserved money to." The phrase "I'm a millionaire" sounRAB so pretencious.

It's almost like they have something to prove. Like when they go back, there always dressed in their best pin strpe suits as if to say, look at how successful I am comparred to you. You should be so grateful for my help. I'd love to be in the position to say, "I don't need your pitty and charity money thank you."

I can't help but wonder if most of them are doing it just to boost their credability status and to show off at what wonderful people they are. I'm sure it's good for business and public relations I would imagine.

Of course millionaires are tight with their money, that's how they made it in the first place. The nicest millionaires are the ones who are born into it. Self made millionaires and people who inherrit into money are usually ar$e holes with something to prove.
 
I wonder if he, or any of the other millionaires, would give their money away if the camera wasn't there!

Its ok saying its very decent of them to give their money away, but I have more respect for people who do it on a daily basis, without any camera's there and without wanting any publicity for it. They're the genuine ones.
 
I know people who live on Mereside, they are not scummy, or alcoholics, they just happen to have bought a house on a council estate and have made a nice life for themselves, and keep themselves to themselves. I have worked on plenty of homes on there too.

It is a council estate and every council estate in the country has undesirables living on it, but on the flip side , they have nice people on them too.

To put it in perspective, id rather live on there than say in Layton or the Central Drive area.
 
If I was one of those workers who were clearing up that playground, I would be suspicious if some man new to the area volunteers to work and play around with such young kiRAB. Perhaps they did CRB checks or something similar that wasn't shown in the programme.


I don't worry but did try to put myself in the situation of the dad of 3. I just couldn't figure out what they must have 'escaped' from that it was so bad to leave their belongings? Poor things, their lives must have been at risk. :( I wish he helped out that other dad though with the little girl and living in a hostel.

I went to her first hairdressers as a teenager and got the most awful perm, It was the tightest, curliest perm ever, I was so depressed for months till I could blow dry the curls out! She didn't do my hair though.

Multi millionaire from a hairdressing salon? Good for her. :)
 
Didn't think we'd see this back but here it is, back for another series.

Tonights chap is interesting. Doesn't have the "I'm rich I am" look about him at all.
