What does one do to get on with life, when it seems that everything, and I mean everything is going wrong? How does one get in touch with that part of the brain/heart, that allows you to appreciate the little things that normally we are too busy to notice. I was at this point once in my life, but it was long ago. I remember how resilient I was. Accepting of painful matters and touched by simpleness. Any suggestions how to regain balance?
