The right front tire on my 96 Toyota Camry shakes badly causing the steering

wheel to shake simultaneously? When I turn the steering wheel sharply it sounds like two pipes rubbing against each other or like something is about to snap and break off. What could this be potentially and about how much would it cost to repair?
 
Could be a ball joint going bad. I would have it looked at as soon as possible. If anything goes out in the steering linkage while driving you will lose control.
