The Restaurant 2009

And you do realise one of them is defined as "The Front of House" yet how many of them actually had real front of house experience and how many of them were doing it for the very first time?

Show me where it says they were looking for the best chef.

You hardly need a crystal ball to know that a high street restaurant builRAB its custom on repeat business from locals, not favourable opinion from television viewers in other parts of the country who would probably never be in the area to visit the restaurant in any case.

How about a concept of a restaurant aimed at bloggers and posters on internet forums? Obviously the menu would be built around sour grapes, but I think it could catch on.

... better than the braindead non-concepts that the winkers' opponents thought would cut the mustard with M Blanc, any way.

Correct result, best team won.

Most keen home cooks would know that as well. It was one of the first bits of culinary advice my mum passed on to me - never buy fresh fish on a Monday as it will be left over from Friday.

Just watched the programme about the Michelin guide.

He neeRAB subtitles sometimes when he speaks English.
