He should have just sacked the lot of them if he didn't consider them a viable investment, but no way should those two have won a show called 'The Restaurant'. The media would have loved it and Raymond would have his reputation intact.
As for his love of food that seems to have disappeared and been replaced by cocktails.
I looked in being nosey. I watched 5 minutes tonight and turned over it is just awful. Is this the same show as last year? The final three? what is Raymond thinking of. Two guys who don't cook, two where one is superior to the diners and downright rude and two who think pies are romantic food of love. None of them should be there and sorry I can't watch anymore
What I want to know is did the chain restaurant customers know the show was going on when they entered? Do they close the restaurant to normal customers and only have planned customers who knew to expect a potential disaster?
If they were regular customers, I would guess that the restaurant managers would have been hesitant to upset their normal customers.
