Love this thread - though I may be in a minority of one in that for me the Winkers are the stars. 

I think the point about them is that Raymond is actually intrigued/interested in their concept - as a commercial proposition, whereas the more likeable and occasionally competent others are "livin' their dream" :yawn:
A year down the road, I could actually see "The Summer House" open for business - of course JJ would long since been evicted from the kitchen to his assigned role in life as cocktail mixer in chief.
I'm sure a lot of people would go there .... once.
