Interesting choices. Kind of bummed that a lot of the genre nominations are all recent films (90s-Present Day). I would have liked to have seem more of a diversity :shrug:

I know, I was surprised as some of the winners to. But I guess it was difficult to remember movies from years past. And when it came to movies from the earlier years like the 1930's, 40's and 50's, honestly I haven't seen a lot of them, so I had to vote based on what I have seen.

Now that this era of the Reel Awards has finished, we can share nominations and votes.

goodnightboy - If you had sent in nominations, what would have been some of the films you would have nominated?
 
It's very present movies-oriented, isn't it? Well, not surprising really. Good to see Eternal Sunshine was best movie of 2004. But how could there be no Rear Window for best suspense? That teaches me not to send in my nominations either! Next time then. And I don't get why everybody loves Roman Holiday so much either, really I don't :shrug:
