That's Israel's policy in Gaza. You complain about them adhering to the no prosperity and no development part but at the same time suggest they don't adhere to the last part even though you never hear about Gazans starving in the streets.

This policy is actually a smart move by Israel. It keeps the Gazan government dependent which provides a level of control for Israel. If the government does not have it's own way of generating revenue it cannot maintain a war with Israel without external support. With the blockade, that external support is severely limited.

Maybe it's time for Hamas to end it's selfish terrorist acts and start being a real government for the people.

That's why I said both of countries leaders are idiots. One side has a huge opportunity to win the PR war, and neither one is jumping on it. They are too stupid to see past their anger and think logically. Everything is just a knee jerk reaction to what the other side does.
