I couldn't agree more! The quiet moments, such as the one in the church, were so stunning. Kate Winslet is able to exude her character without needing words, and it's so beautiful - in this case tragic - to watch!
 
I just love Kate.....This movie is one of my favorites...I love the quiet moments in this film...especially the scene when she is sitting in the church...God, she's crazy talented.

Kate and David were great, and Ralph was good too but David was better IMO
 
I agree on Kate deserving the Oscar and also David being overlooked, he was great
 
This was probably one of my favorite films of last year and Kate totally deserves an Oscar for her performance. I must admit, I'm a little pissed that David Kross has been so over looked. I thought that he was brilliant! Definitely on par with Winslet :nod:
 
Saw this in last month

I liked it, one of the best movies, better then Benjamin Button, Kate is great in it, and so was David Kross

I'm so excited to see this one :) I really want to read the novel first, but then I'm so excited for it :yay:

The trailer looks amazing as does everyone's acting.
 
I'm so freaking excited for this movie! I've read the book and have always pictured Kate as Hanna. :nod:
 
Its coming on in the US on Dec 10th and for us in the UK 2nd January

I cant believe you guys hadnt heard about it :)
 
Kate Winslet & Ralph Fiennes? Where have I been that I haven't heard of this movie before? Wow.
