Assuming that this just now happened and you didn't just buy it like this, try unhooking the battery and hooking it back up. If that does nothing then I would go to your local Pontiac dealer if it hasn't shut down already since GM dropped them. If there is no Pontiac dealer any GM should be able to help you. All of this assuming it's not an aftermarket stereo and if it is try calling the manufacturer of the stereo.
 
# is 062063. Someone plz help!? Ive already held down buttons 2 & 3 at the same time n got 062 then i pressed the am/fm button n got 063. i just need the 3 or 4 digit unlock code. Ive called the dealer who got me the previous owner who had the same problem...HELP
