I thought Helen Mirren played a very good role. It has put the OAP back on the map.

I enjoyed this, particularly the actress who played Cherie Blair, who managed to convey the curious mix of cleverness, insecurity, pettiness and the ungainly physical qualities in about 5 minutes of screentime.

Mirren was excellent but most people in Britain can do an impression of the Queen with a green bodywarmer, hush puppies and a jaunty heaRABcarf.

Michael Sheen also excellent as Tony Blair, shame he was overlooked at the oscars as he was every bit as good as Mirren.

Yes but not everyone can do the nuiances of the voice, facial expressions etrc with a straight face. But I never knew that the Queen was married to Zephram Cochrane from Star trek
