The PS3 has been hacked v.Paradox

Paradox confirms this, and if anyone is trustworthy in the scene, I would trust them.
Apparently an iso loader can be used.

They've hinted this in their nfo's since they released the first ps3 game dump. The latest news is that the ps3 currently has no media checks. So you can burn a game iso that would be sold on bluray retail onto a dvdr and the ps3 wont see the difference. There's still no loader out, and the second a loader is released there will be a firmware update squashing whatever exploit the author used.

Every title out for PS3 right now besides Resistances fits on a DVD, and Resistance can be cut down to DVD size pretty easily from what I have heard.

That's not true. A lot of titles are larger than DL DVDRs so far.

Where did you hear this news about Paradox? They've been hinting at it all along but I haven't seen any type of release or news about it.

I heard from a birdie that they are holding out on releasing the loader until some better games come out so Sony doesn't pop out a patched firmware update.
