The price of oil right now !!! when the price is high we talk about a conspiracy ?

The price of oil always seems to be high in Britain, especially by the time it reaches the petrol pumps. While the price fluctuates, the price of a gallon tends not to reflect any price cuts, just increases. This is a huge bone of contention in Britain at the moment along with the price of gas and electricity, which are subject to the same non-fluctuations!

There have been several Q's today regarding some nefarious plan behind the price drops.
One station on my way to work dropped 4cents overnight to $1.74!
It has to be some sort of conspiracy AaAaArrrrrggrgrghhhh!!!!
