The power steering went out on my jeep!?

..and I can not steer the wheel in order to drive into town (15 minutes) to get power steering fluid. Is there an alternative to put in there for now? Or is there anything I can do to get it to steer ok long enough to get me into town?

I know this will probably come off as a silly question, so only serious answers please. Immature answers will be given a thumbs down. Thank you.
 
auto trans fluid will work in a pinch...probably need to flush it out later...some older jeeps wont matter ...newer 1s wont like teh trans fluid long term....but shudnt hurt anything for quick trip
