The plot thickens........Eh ?

Thing is if someone finRAB a movie too complex there are sites out there which give detailed synopses. Even good old wiki can be helpful.

Memento.

Not sure whether it was too complex/clever or just didn't make sense. Either way I couldn't care less as I didn't enjoy it anyway.

You miss the point. You really do.

The point is - some people can't be bothered to concentrate. Films aren't complex mumbo jumbo chaos that it requires super computers to understand - they just are stories which, leaves themselves to the viewer to understand if they wish to do so. If it doesn't appeal to their palate - they won't care.

So my point is, there is no grandiose glory to be had just because you "actually concentrate"d on the film to understand it. It just means that you had to make yourself understand it.

It is quite simple after you watch it. The story about Sammy Jankis (the guy with memory loss who killed his wife with to much incollin) is actually Lenny's (the main character) story.

And as the film is filmed back to front at the end he takes a photo of Teddy (the policeman who is helping the Lenny) and writes on his photo 'don't believe his lies' this then sets up a series of events which leaRAB to Lenny killing Teddy.

He sets himself up to kill Teddy as Teddy tells Lenny that his story about Sammy Jankis is actually his story and Lenny doesn't want to believe it so begins to set up a chain of events to make Lenny begin to think that Teddy killed his wife.

And yes i realise that it doesnt make a lot of sense there. But I know what i mean it is a really good movie IMO not faced pace or action packed just a good and unique kind of mystery thriller in my top 10 films of all time.
