The phone I purchased has Walmart Family as the carrier but I use

TMobile - is there a way for me to fix this? It's been more than the allowed return days for the seller because the phone was for my granddaughter and she didn't know why she could not access the internet and did not say anything until last week. T-Mobile rep tried to help but was unable to. I have e-mailed the seller but so far I have not heard from them, just Amazon.com telling me how to file a claim with them.
 
well if you have an existing tmobile sim card it should work.....seeing all tmobile phones have sims so if you dont i would recomind buying a new tmobile sim at the dealership and activating it then putting it in the phone
