Is there any way I can set my phone to have that message for a short time when I choose even though my bill is paid in full? It makes me feel so important!!!
 
yeah you can suspend your phone at any time through your online account, call through the automated system and report it as lost or stolen or call and ask someone to do it, while its suspended it will give a recording that you're not accepting calls.
 
I don't think that is something you want on your phone because it will make you look like an idiot because everyone will think you didn't pay your phone bill. All of my skanky friends have that as their message at least once a month, and trust me, it's not attractive.
