The person who left the state without permisson and is violating his probation.

I do have proof I have a copy? I have a copy of his bank statement. He used his credit card and I am sure they have his state identification on file at the hotel he visited.
Will he go to jail? What kind fo trouble can he face because of this violation?
Will he go to jail? or What kind of troubel could he face? Yes I am thinking about turning him in!
