The Perfect Phone

So, I'm looking for the perfect phone. Right now, I have an e815 with Verizon and I am extremely unhappy with it. About 90% of my calls from my area are dropped and sometimes the phone randomly reboots. I really like the idea of a SIM Card so I am looking to get away from Verizon's CDMA. Also, I hate Verizon because they cripple bluetooth, and a lot of other features on their phones. I have been able to hack and enable most stuff on my e815 but had troubles with the bluetooth on Verizon RAZR's. I am looking for a GSM phone (with SIM Card) with these features:

What do you guys think is the best and cheapest phone out there with those specs? Any suggestions are appreciated.
 
I'm looking for the same thing, I was looking at the Nokia E61, but it's not Windows Mobile. The big thing about that is it has WiFi, which has been hard to find. Brand new on eBay, it goes for around $335.
 
Well, I was looking around and I found this Treo 700w/p for $299.99USD but you have to sign a contract and stuff and it's gonna be f***ing CDMA and Verizon again. Good price but will definately not commit to 2 more years of s*it service.
