i went to the site of oscars. and the winners are already announced. but in my country (kuwait) they say that the oscars are gonna be telecasted LIVE on 28 7:00 pm. The channel which telecast this is foxmoviestv in my country, here is there official website : http://www.foxmoviestv.com/default_en.aspx.
i went searching about the time of live telecast of oscars on other countries like in india and they say the same time.
i don't understand how the winners can be announced 27th and the live show on 28th.
