The One Movie i love and care for out of everything i have seen IS

For me its Went the Day Well - brilliant film - over 60 years old and still as powerfull as it was the day it was made, you cannot beat the "oldies"

In case you were wondering I am in my early 40s so I am not an oldy

Stand By Me- I love it. I saw it for the first time when I was the same age as the main characters and thought it was amazing. Then I bought it on DVD recently and was worried that it wouldn't be the same watching it as an adult, but I needn't have worried, it was still as brilliant as I remember from being a young lad.

Only You - Marisa Tomei and Robert Downey Jr. Lovely film, never tire of watching it and Bonnie Hunt as the friend is hilarious.
The Philadelphia Story - far superior to High Society and love Cary Grant and James Stewart in it.

The Matrix (part one, of course).

And... I don't know if anyone's seen The Big Tease, directed by Kevin Allen. That movie is friggin hilarious and so touching at times.

Shawshank and Kill Bill, probably.

I love them both.

As for Titanic - I think it gets a lot of bad press, partly because of how amazingly over-hyped it was. If it wasn't so plumped up by the press and the critics at the time, I think people may have a different perspective on it.

Moulin Rouge and Back to the Future, i adore both those movies. :)

As for Titanic, i love it! I can understand why some people dont appreciate it but personally i like nothing better than watching this film on a rainy Sunday afternoon and having a good cry. :o

There are two movies I love and care for both but they are not available, to my knowledge, on DVD.
'Kings of the Road'
'Distant Voices Still Lives'
I feel I must also include The Lives of Others'
