the old family guy episodes vs the newer episodes

I liked when Peter addressed that early on in the show's return. "Okay, first of all, Bonnie, you've been pregnant for like six years, so either have the baby already or do something about." :D

Agreed about the voice acting. Chris sounds really odd when you go back to those very early episodes.

I would agree on everybody except Lois. I liked her voice when it was deeper. My friends tell me that her voice being annoying is part of the joke but I don't care. It's not funny and I liked it better in season one.

I like both the old(first three seasons) and new episodes of Family Guy....but I think they tend to go way overboard with the violence and Meg bashing in the more recent ones....

In my opinion the older episodes seem pretty tame compared to the newer ones. The newer episodes seem way more adult themed than how the show used to be. And it makes me like the older episodes a lot better but thats just my opinion.

I also noticed a lot of people who complained about it being canned before its time where the same people complaining the show lost its direction.

I think the jokes have gotten more adult, but I thinkl thats only for the uncut DVD releases. Hearing Peter say "F***** you" in Stewie the untold story was one of the best moments in the show's history. Of course, later, in the third part of the movie, they used it way too much, due in part to Chris's fiance or wife or whatever she was.

I think the best seasons of the rebirth were the first 2. They were pretty on par with the ones they aired before it got cancelled. The very latest episode seems to want to get back to its roots.

I always wondered what would have happened if the Life with Larry cartoon became the show. The one that aired on CN, when it was just a guy and his dog.
