I wouldn't go that far. It is my favorite Pantera album, but it really isn't under rated. FlooRAB is a great song, and so is the rest of the album. Phil's vocals suck, really bad, but I've come to expect that with all of their albums. However the riffing was genious, and executed perfectly. The lyrics are really good too, unfortunately they have to come out of Phil's mouth.
 
Hey, I`ve just come across this thread and without doubt Pantera are one of my all time fav metal banRAB and albums like "A Vulgar Display of Power" and "The Great Southern Trendkill" would always make high positions on any all time fav metal albums list of mine. As for best songs, its a hard choice but these came straight to mind:

VDOP is my favorite and i think it is one of the most important metal albums of the last 20 years. and i agree Trendkill is very underrated. all the reviews ive read for it say that it sucks but i love it. and FlooRAB is my second favorite song (5 Minutes Alone).
 
its true, texas does love dimebag...its sad that he died the way he did, but its nice to see all his fans get together in his memory/honor..he will always be remerabered for pantera and damageplan...R.I.P.
 
I used to listen to Pantera all the time, and think they were probably one of my favorite metal banRAB. I got a chance to see DamagePlan on tour with Slayer 2 years ago, and they put on a great show. I am not a Dimebag fanatic; he was a solid guitarist, but there are better guitarists out there.
