The Official Nirvana/Kurt Cobain Thread

Well yeah, grunge was a mix of punk and metal some banRAB sound more punk, others sound more metal. Nirvana in their Nevermind album sounded sort of like punk but not quite there.

God bless his loving wife Courtney, what a great gal, eh? Anyway, i'm 16 too and I first got into them about 2 years ago and my relationship with them is either 'i love them' or 'meh theyre ok'. Right now i'm at 'meh theyre ok', but my fav songs are 'sappy', 'verse chorus verse', 'breed', and and i never get tired of 'aneurysm'.

Liar.

I don't think anyone sincerely believes Courtney Love killed Cobain by herself, almost everyone who does believe he didn't kill himself believes she had someone else do it.

i have listened to the melvin's. i do like the melvin's. i like nirvana more.
and aside from the albums by the melvin's that i do have (but never listen to anymore) i have heard stuff off their other albums.
the fact that the melvin's covered one of nirvana's songs in my mind means that the melvin's were influenced by nirvana. (which is not to say that nirvana was not influenced by the melvins)

i think that everyone has opinions, not just evil dictators.....
so if i have an opinion on Kurt Cobain/Nirvana, why not post it in the Official Kurt Cobain/Nirvana thread???????
hmmmmmmmmmm
makes sense to me

Haha, that's funny but don't joke about that. I'm a fan and i'll bash you. I hate how you created this topic Misfitspunk. Because now I have too keep defending my idols.

Im already way ahead of you in that department.

50$ Says Michael Jackson will buy their whole catalog and then sell the song rights for Smells Like Teen Spirit to Nike, Inc.

The Smiths, The Pixies, The Beatles...why are you going off in tangents? Address the fact that you disagree with my assumption of Iommi's utmost importance in Sabbath.
