The Official Nirvana/Kurt Cobain Thread

I don't listen to them very often and they still bore the hell out of me. And yes, "Lithium" is a boring song; there is not a whole lot about it that can hold my interest.

No one makes any concrete comparisons between the two, but Cobain is often credited as "the voice of a generation", and many people today put Cobain on a pedestal just as people their age once put Dylan on a pedestal.

I don't doubt that for a second.

because it hink nirvana is better than the melvin's.
although i'd think your opinion is biased since you've said many times that you don't like nirvana and are partial to the melvins because they did a cover of a nirvana song

Whats creepy that i just read in his journals today is... he talks about how everyone thinks hes a junkie. His response to that is "no im not, its not like im gona overdose and shoot myself in the head"

Ok since this thread is almost as active as the lounge, and all for the wrong reasons, lemme hit back at ya with a Nirvana question...FOR ONCE! (just kidding)

On these Nirvana albums, in your hurable opinion, which is the worst song off each album

Nevermind: "Least favourite song here"
In Utero: "Least favourite song here"
Bleach: "Least favourite song here"

Haha this is like my own thread within a thread. Wicked.

Now its HARD rock?...I recall you saying they were the most influencial hard rock band of the 70s next to Zep, i dont recall the worRAB "hard rock" at all.

You just make crap up as you go.
