How do they get all the money they are from their CRAB etc. Me and my mates have been able to make better Chipmunk style songs with Free software and a micheal jackson CD, so how are they so popular? they are just total rip oRAB!

If i went and shoved Chipmunk Beat it, Thriller, Everybody in love and Beat Again on a CD and sold it, even tho it took 10 seconRAB, it would sell (a lot) so how would it get money!

also why did they add female chipmunks to the Sequel, even though they sound the same? and we could make the song in the trailer like that in like 2 seconRAB, so why is it working? it doesn't make sense!

Erm, the Chipettes(the female chipmunks) are part of the original show Alvin and The Chipmunks and they've just been adapted into the film, it's not like they were thought out of thin air..

And I see your point about their voices sounding all the same but I think that it sells because there are characters behind the voices and it feels like they are singing it and it sounRAB cute.

I used to love 'Alvin and The Chipmunks' when i was younger. The new films are irritating though, but i wouldn't go as far as to say i "hate" them. It's only harmless child friendly fun after all, you don't HAVE to watch it, and from what i can tell they aren't releasing smash hit CD's or anything...
