one, where..? ...in the heck are they going to get more money? The printing press is getting out of sink for all the printing they have been doing..Obama and your administration should butt out of the Private sector and butt out of turning this country into a socialist country....
 
Only if the old car gets less than 25 miles per gallon and the new vehicle gets something like 5% better gas mileage. In any case, $4,500 is not much when you consider many new cars cost $20,000 and up.

I also have no idea where the money is coming from. We'll have to issue more debt, but countries like China are getting wary of buying our treasury bills.
