The Notebook #10: It will *never* be over for them!

I think it's really funny how wrong a description can be! Allie Nelson is the name of Allie in the book. I am not sure why they changed it, but I think Allie Hamilton goes better... JMO. ;)

That's not at all how I understood the movie, but okay.

It IS a truly beautiful movie though :)

I was sceptically at first but,

I truly must say this movie is one of the best movies ever; this is coming from a guy too. I don't remember if I actually cried, but it was very sad.
 
Oh God, I am in love with the story. I love both the book and the movie, they are amazing. The actors are perfectly made for the roles. Every time I see the movie, something breaks inside me and I am just silent whole day because of that movie. I am not the kind of girl whom cries hysterically with every movie, but I did let a few silent tears. "The Notebook" is just the portrayal of true love. It truly is my favorite movie ever. I love it, amazing movie!

So, could I be added to the list, please?
 
Och and that moment was fun:

Allie: That was a lovely poem. What was it?
Noah: That was-
Dad: Whitman. See, when *laugh* when he was a little kid, he used to stutter real bad—
Noah: Dad?
Dad: Well he did!
Allie: I didn’t know that.
Noah: God! I stammered.
Dad: Stammer – Stutter, what’s the difference? Couldn’t understand a damn thing he said so I got him to read me poetry out loud. It wasn’t pretty at first, but then, the stutter went away!
Allie: Oh, that’s a good idea that poetry.
Dad: Yeah, I thought so.
Noah: Unbelievable (laughs)

Yeah I've read both, I think they both good but I fell for the Noah & Allie so it's gotta be The Notebook
I think it sets the example
But I’d still read both of them again - I'm a hopeless romantic :blush: :lol:

I didnt actually cry at the end of this movie but I remember being on the verge of tears. The story was just :sigh:
 
THis has been my movie of the moment lately. I have watched it every nite for the past week! I only wish it was longer!! I wish they would come out with a 2 disk set with a ton of extra's, that would be awesome!!!!

anyway, one of the best movies!!
