the nose and pimples

i have a inflamed pimple on the right hand side of my nose,it is red and their is a bump inside , thing is the head in inside my nostrial and can't be poped why is this and what can i do to correct the problem. its just red and shiny around the spot area and to some extent painful when touched :mad:


any one help ???:D
 
In my opinion...

You should leave it alone for say a week. By then the body may drain the spot naturally, or it may pop of its own accord. The inside of the nose is very delicate, and you could do more harm than good by messing around with it too much.
