the nokias are dying?????????

ok my old nokia died 2 days ago(r.i.p) lol jp

the screen started flickering out of nowhere till it went blank and the phone turned off...(the phone was in perfect condition).. so today i went in to the cricket store and told her what happened and she said "yea.. its happening to all the 6265Is.. thats why cricket is getting rid of them... ???
i liked that phone! but why didnt they get rid of the kyos?? cheap as*es...
 
Idk why its happening maybe a flaw or bug. The nokias are being pulled from cricket stores because the contract that nokia and quallcom has, ran out. Im pretty sure Nokia is pulling out of the CDMA game, sad, but i never liked nokias anyway.
 
Yeah my girls started to jump to the camera all the time and take random pics of her purse and crap so i bought her a knew one. And just lately mine has been doing the same thing. I think it could be the camera button has been depressed to often. It's really freakin annoying. Also the whole ear piece thing.Quiet liitle piece o crap!! :doh: But all my Nokia phones have crapped out in a short amount of time. They look cool, but they end up sucking. But thats just my experience with em. Cant say that for everyone.
 
oh yea! i forgot...mine did the earpice thing! the volume got fricken low out of nowhere... then the screen started flickering and then it died...my 6265i was like 6-7 months old?? maybe its the old ones...but still it was a great phone till it started messing up..
 
my nokia 6165i turned off the other night for no reason.. now all it shows is a white screen... is that what yours did?? cuz i paid 200 for this and have had it for only 4 - 5 months...
 
there is a nokia in the pipes, or so i was told, however it is a rebranded phone made by a different company. this has been discussed elsewhere. all future nokia CDMA phones will be rebranded unless nokia decides to re-enter the CDMA business and works out a new agreement with quallquam
 
my rep has been pretty hush hush lately, so either he doesn't know or is just being more tight lipped about it(they aren't supposed to tell us until the phone has been green-lighted and a launch date is set) but this is basically what i know. to my knowledge none of these phones are anywhere near release.

some kind of Nokia branded phone (possibly a bar phone)
replacement for RAZR (possibly model nuraber will be v3a) will be similar to the razr but with a stripped down feature set and a significantly lower cost

candid is scheduled to end of life soon, as is RAZR (see above).
 
The Nokia 6275i is a bar phone. I was told this phone and one other has been greenlighted and will be a June/July release. There will be one other phone released at the same time. If my memory serves me correct, its a samsung or a Kyocera, not sure of the model #.
