The Nightmare Before Christmas

Ok so I watched this earlier today on BBC2 for the first time in like 15 years and my god its complete art

Why dont they make films like this anymore? the poetry musical singing combined with that sensational plastecine animation.

I miss this kinda film making, one of Tim Burtons best.

They do Coraline came out earlier in the year with the same style,the director also worked on Nightmare before christmas.

You must see Coraline, like Nightmare, it too is a charming work of art, A childrens film not for children! The Director, Henry Sellick is a stop motion genius, an innovator in the class of Harryhausen and Tippet.

Henry Selick was also the director of Nightmare before Christmas, a genius.

Corpse Bride is also worth a watch. Very similar in style to TNBC, which is unsurprising because Tim Burton directed that too.

I adore Nightmare before Christmas. I saw it years ago in the cinema, and was pleased to see it again - beautiful, dark and fun.

ADORE Nightmare Before Christmas, one of my all time favourite films. ADORE Coraline too. Corpse Bride I adored for the animation, but songs were not as memorable compared to Nightmare Before Christmas.

I love The Nightmare Before Christmas.
I thought Corpse Bride was alright, was alot better on second viewing.
And I thought Coraline was a total waste of time and was total crap!
