"The Ned-liest Catch" - Episode Discussion

Yeah I was confused about that. I was expecting one of the guys to tell Ned that Homer had been with her too. :shrug: Maybe they cut something out of the episode or something aha.
 
I liked her better with Skinner too, but it is nice to see some different couples every now and then.

To go back to what we were talking about before the episode aired though, were we really supposed to gather that Homer and Edna had a past together? He did seem rather antsy when everyone was saying they'd dated her, but nothing concrete was stated about Homer in particular. :confused:
 
No tornado here, though we lost power since 12:30pm today. I'll have to limit my time online since I can't recharge my phone at the moment.

Yeah I don't think viewers really care all that much, but I think it's a fun idea. It gives the viewers a chance to kind of take part in the show. :nod: Which is something that I've always wanted them to do, so maybe they will do this again some time for something else. :P
 
I voted "No-Nedna" :lol: That said, I do like how they both wear green. Although Marge wears green too.

So I missed the beginning of the episode again. :pout: This time it was because I was posting on this board. :lol:

So in the wish thread for next season, I said I wanted a cliffhanger, and I guess we got one. The voting thing is cool, but it seems a bit strange. I can't imagine that most viewers care one way or the other whether Ned and Edna stay together or not. I mean, I can think of a hundred different topics I'd be more interested in voting on, but oh well.
 
Ned referring to his "wife beater" as a "wife blesser" :rotfl: Also, I'm pro-Nedna. :) :love: I kinda love how The Simpsons is playing up the tabloid couple. The voting online is cute.
 
Argh, I was only able to catch bits and pieces of the episode. It was getting interrupted with tornado watch reports.

They didn't have an opening sequence, so I assume the storyline ran longer than usual.

Ned: I'm like Delta Airlines. I can't handle your extra baggage.
 
Um...I don't remeraber her dating Homer. Did that happen on the show before, or is that just coming to light in this episode?

FOX is doing some thing where viewers can vote on whether they want "Nedna" to remain a couple after the episode airs: Access Hollywood
