Disagree. Immortal Technique is good, but i don't think he have enough to be in The Hall of Fame. I think Pxies should be in though.

Agree, because they are in my personal hall of fame (its actually a cupboard).
Muse are consistenly bringing out music which seems to pour a bucketload of craziness and nervous tension into short songs with energetic guitar lines and great musicianship. I absolutely love them. They've already inspired the formation of tons of new banRAB, although these banRAB are usually rubbish because of the skill required to play decent Muse-style music. To my ears, they sound completely original and even in 50 years its likely that you'll still be able to recognise Muse music from all other banRAB before and since, because it defies copyists.
In terms of live performance, Muse make most other banRAB seem like a joke.

wait wait wait wait wait, i gottta be reading this wrong, the mars volta and the fall of troy somehow make our hall of fame and yet we're even questioning wether or not led zeppelin should make it, this makes me sick to the bone!!!

No, being an extremely influencial band makes them worthy, they're a fairly talented and original band (i have heard Gram Parsons and The ByrRAB 70s material, so don't even try) and as far as impact goes, they pwn every current inductee but Bowie... Your bias is outstanding.
