The multi region code Technika TV/DVD/Freeview player model 15.4-311.?

Does anyone know how to make my Technika ID TV with built in DVD model No. 15.4-311 a multi region player. Tried the DVD menu then typing 9,7,3,5 but that did not work.
 
I just did the code myself (9735) but dont open the setup menu. just empty the player and type it at the blue DVD screen
