The Most Revolting Scene In A Film

Obviously there's 'The Fly'....body parts in the cupboard, ear falling off, fly vomit dissolving limbs, wrist bones being snapped and poking out of the skin. Yuck.

Another one is the bit in 'Poltergheist' where one of the recording crew is in front of the bathroom mirror and starts tearing his own face off.

Oh and there are some gruesome parts in 'The Thing'. I can't quite remember what happens though, I recall parts shocking me though. I'm sure someone's head falls off or something!

I bet everyone will find this one really tame but a scene in Blade sickened me; when someone has a stump instead of a hand and another vampire bit into it. The squelching sound it made was awful. Didn't feel sick during Hostel or the Saw films but still can't re-watch Blade because of that scene.

The rape scene in "The Accused" need I say anymore?

It was on one night, I just turned over the channel and it was the scene when it was about to start.

I had to walk out the room and it felt like it went on for hours.

The tree rape scene in Evil Dead *shudders*

Wolf Creek, where the killer finRAB the girl in the car and stabs her in the back of her spine, before chopping her fingers off!

The part in the shining where Jack goes into the bathroom and a beautiful girl appears and starts kissing him, then he looks in mirror to find he's kissing a bloated dead old, decomposing hag .

The curb scene in American History X is disturbing as you imagination has to do most of it. All these torture films like Saw and Hostel are in my opinion just gratuitous violence for violence sake, at least with films like American History X and The Accused they are harrowing and uncomfortable to watch but are not there to titillate.

Or John Travolta in Austin Powers Gold Member!

Yuk saving dried skin as snacks, I feel sick. yuk another film where I have to close my eyes.
