The mobile text chat messaage thing is Still downloading, I cannot get into yahoo any

more because of? i went to control center and deleted my yahoo, turned computer off,as directed and it is still running>??? yahoo is no good to me anymore as it takes about 15 mins to get in to it, i want it deleted off my computer.
