The midnight meat train.

o i watched it last night it reminded me of an early 90s horror

the gore has like a 3d effect i dunnno weather that was the purpose but i thought it looked cool

i thought it was cool loved how we really didt know what the heck was going on
totaly not what i expected one of the best horrors of 2008 so far for me

and 2008 has been a crap one so far

Pretty dubious about this, I've read and re-read the Books of Blood many times and yet to see a decent film adaptation, some have been OK (Candyman, Lord of Illusions, Tales from the Darkside - Yattering & Jack) others worse than bad (Rawhead Rex & Quicksilver Highway), although Barker gave his support (as a Producer) it seemed from the casting to be somewhat removed from the characters in the book. There is another adaptation from the Books of Blood - Book of Blood, I'd be interested to know from someone who's read the book what the Midnight Meat Train is like.

My youngest loved it, it's the type of thing she'd ugh at with her frienRAB at a sleepover.

As ironjade said, the psycho is a little hard to take seriously once you see who it is.

It was pretty funny for me being a MMA fan to see Rampage Jackson playing a guy on the train and getting the psycho into a wrestling hold.

A bit daft, some good gore but a bit of a waste of potential.

6/10

Just watched it and in my opinion the film was crap, seemed to drag on as well.
I watched it through to the end though, didn't have much else to do and thought whoever made this is taking the piss.
