Hi :)

At the end of Matrix Reloaded they hinted that Neo was still allive.

Does anyone think this has been left open for another sequel?

And any idea what it would be about it there was.

The war would have to start again. But how would Neo come back and where do you think he has been.

Anyone have any suggestions.

(I just like Keanu Reeves in his black stuff mmmmm :D)
 
Erm You do know don't you that there was a sequel called The Matrix Revolutions that came out six months after Reloaded. That followed on straight after Reloaded so there won't be another sequel after Reloaded alright. :)
 
Yes I do know, and got the names the wrong way round.

I was asking a question in general, and wondered what (if there was a 4th sequel) anyone thought it would be about.
 
The writers said at the time and still insist that the Matrix was written as a trilogy and there would not be any sequels.

They did split away from the main storyline for the Animatrix, and the storyline from the films carries on in the Matrix Online (MMORPG) - although unfortunately that didn't come close to meeting the potential it had.

I think the more likely would be a spin-off TV series (how cool would THAT be), although the budget required to make it might stop that :(
