as much as i like the mars volta, and i do... a lot... sometimes i feel that in the hour and a half that i just spent listening to them, there was only 20 minutes of actual music and the rest was just ambient noise and aural masturbation on behalf of the artists involved.
hopefully the next album will be more like Deloused and less like Frances.
